Matt said I had an oil leak and need to clean and dye so they can find the problem. After clean and Dye they had no idea what the problem was. He said i need to drive 50-70 miles to see if the leak happens again. I drove home (5 miles) and there was leak in the garage. I looked online and turned out that my car had a recall for this exact issue. It took me 2 minutes to figure out that it was a recall and the oil feeder needs to be replaced.
Matt charged me $$$ for clean and dye and did not have any idea what the problem was. He was absolutely clueless. So Dishonest!
Had he told me that it was a recall i would have taken my car to the dealership instead. I went to the dealership and they said they will not reimburse me for this.
I have been coming to your shop for over 7 years and I feel deceived by your crooked tactics. I expected you to be an honest shop. I will never bring my cars again to your shop.
